Download your printable menstrual cycle tracking sheet.

This method involves tracking via pen and paper. Simply record when your period starts and ends (as well as blood flow amount), and keep track of the likes of basal body temperature, cervical fluid, symptoms and any activity you do in the space provided. You will use a new sheet for each cycle, so remember to keep them somewhere so you can refer back to and look over them when you need to.

Download your menstrual cycle tracking form.

This spreadsheet allows those who want to dive into all the information they can get their hands on. You can track when your period starts and ends (as well as blood flow amount) as well as additional elements such as: basal body temperature, cervical fluid, urinary ovulation kit results, symptoms, competition and training performance. This form is great for working in a high-performance environment when you might want to share this information with those working with you.
