About the event
Currently, there is a lack of research and frameworks to guide women and those supporting them when it comes to: 1) physical activity during pregnancy; 2) the transition into motherhood; and 3) return to physical activity postpartum.
In this webinar, you'll learn about the current research in this area and how we can support women during this life stage safely and effectively allowing them to thrive.
Join us for this FREE hour-long group session and learn more about applying a whole-systems approach to physical activity during and after pregnancy from Gráinne Donnelly.
