Book club.

Every first Sunday of the month, we pick a book which is based around women's health, exercise and sport, and share it with our book club.

Through this club we aim to spark knowledge, and start conversation.

LATEST PICK.

Women in Sport: 50 Fearless Female Athletes who Played to Win.

Throughout history, many women have been excluded from sport, and told that they “aren’t good enough”, “aren’t strong enough” and that they would never achieve what they wanted to achieve. But, luckily for us there were those before us that replied: ‘Wanna bet?’…

In this book Rachel highlights the incredible achievements of 50 inspiring women from the 1800s all the way through to the present day. It discusses the stories of trailblazers, Olympians, and record breakers across more than 40 different sports and events, including the likes of Serena Williams and Clare Balding to the lesser-known Tiny Broadwick – the skydiver who pulled off the first free-fall jump in history!
⠀⠀
Women in sport is a fabulously illustrated celebration of tough and fearless women who have paved the way for the next generation of sportswomen.
